How do I add items to my shopping cart?


You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you’d like to buy, simply hit the sepete ekle düğmesi button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shop ping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you’d like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.


How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?


You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the “Remove Item(s)” link located under each cart item.

Is my order subject to sales tax?


Purchase Price and Payment. Prices, specifications and availability of goods and services are subject to change without notice. Customer will pay the price established by us for all goods ordered by Customer or using Customer’s account. Full payment shall be made before delivery of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Any amount that we agree may be paid after delivery is due to us within thirty (30) days, or such lesser period as may be determined by us as set forth in an applicable invoice. Prices do not, unless otherwise specified, include supplies. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law. Sales tax is charged on the products purchased and also on the shipping and handling amount.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order!

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?


YES. Our site features live online order tracking. If you’ve ordered from Thetechmarkt.com by phone and did not receive an internet password from your agent, please call (513) 970-0009.


What is your return policy?


Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, TheTechMarkt.com will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Click here for details.


How do I get my tracking number?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at (513) 970-0009 or contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
